1. Jog on treadmill if in gym or jog in place if at home – 3 minutes       

2. Jump the rope – 2 x 100 jumps

   Beginners – 2 x 50 jumps

3a. Inchworm with shoulder taps – 2 x 10 reps

3b. Bird Dog – 2 x 10 reps
