This plan is not intended as a challenge, rather a lifelong learning experience in fitness and nutrition that you can use throughout your lifetime. You will set your own goals; the plan is simply a guideline on how to achieve those goals.
All of the information that you will need is available in PDF documents below so you can access them whenever you need. There are also links to the workout videos and recipes below and they are easy to follow along to on all devices.
