Mix together in a large bowl, 1Lb of ground chicken, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 2 shallots finely chopped, 1 red chilli finely chopped, 1tsp of grated ginger, and 2tbs of fish oil.
Shape into burgers and cook on a hot pan using a little rapeseed oil.
Serve wrapped in iceberg lettuce with a dollop of chilli mayonnaise

½ tsp of English mustard
